Through an Asset Sale/Purchase agreement between ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited (OLP) and Access Group, OLP has finalized the sale of its e-Business related assets including POS Network and Terminals to e-Access (Pvt) Ltd, a part of Access Group.

ims to combine Access Group expertise in managed services with the nationwide presence of the POS Transaction Processing Network to meet the growing needs of its existing and potential customers. The arrangement has ensured a smooth and seamless transition for all clients, as there will be no changes in the operational structure of the business.
